Walking and running our dogs has been shown to improve cardiovascular fitness, lower blood pressure, strengthen muscles and tendons, and help decrease stress. Combined with a proper diet, these two factors can contribute to the longevity of our dogs.

Why do we run dogs? Our puppy-powered treadmills are a safe way to exercise. Dogs can choose what speed they want to work at during the span of their running session. They are attached to a safety harness to reduce any chance of injuries during their runs. Our 30-minute sessions are meant to slowly integrate dogs into their session with a warm-up and cool-down routine.

Exercising has been known to relieve some of the most common behavioral problems such as:

excessive barking, destruction, leash reactivity, aggression, and separation anxiety
